Beyond the Bag was founded by a colon cancer and ostomy survivor who knows firsthand what it means to wake up and navigate a life altered — but not broken. As an author, speaker, and advocate, our founder built this organization to fill the gaps that no one else was filling: real talk, real resources, and a real community for people living with ostomies.

We serve the NJ/PA Triad area and the global ostomy community. Whether you just got your stoma, you're years into your journey, or you love someone who is — you belong here.
